A customised program for senior and executive leadership team, designed to enhance leadership capacity, equip people leaders with practical tools and skills to manage their responsibilities effectively, and break down vertical and horizontal silos within the organisation.

Who

Executive and Senior Leadership. Essentially Coordinator and above positions. 25-30 staff involved.

How

The program was externally facilitated and delivered over six sessions, comprising four full-day and two half-day workshops spread across six months. Conducting the sessions off-site played a crucial role in the program’s success by fostering a focused and immersive environment.

The sessions emphasised building relationships, breaking down silos, and cultivating trust among participants. This approach created a safe space for open dialogue and authentic conversations.

Key components of the program included a Myers-Briggs personality assessment and practical tools for coaching, active listening, and collaborative problem-solving

Outcome

The program successfully cultivated a shared vision and purpose, reinforcing a strong commitment to collaboration and effective communication across the organisation.
